At last – the lone worker application is under development and due for release with timeware® Professional 2017. This app’ runs on either IOS (iPhones) or Android (everything else!) and is being designed to replace the bubbletracker hardware.
A manager will be able to check an individual’s exact location without the need to contact the person. Start times, routes taken and arrival times will be visible from within the timeware® main application.
One cool feature is the ability to operate ‘off-line’, ie. with no internet connection. Whilst off-line, the app’ will record all information locally and then pass the data back to base when the internet connection returns.
