Requirements
The company's expansion in 1982 led to a re-site of the office and yard from Cartmore Road to the purpose built premises at Cartmore Industrial Estate in Lochgelly, where the company continues to be based today. A timestart user for over eight years, it eventually become apparent to the client that a more intuitive attendance system was required. An increase in the number of employees meant that the process of monitoring attendance times and absence & holiday information was becoming more labour intensive. It was obvious that the client had outgrown the timestart system and earlier this year began looking for a solution that was scaleable, a system that could grow with the company.
Solution
Following a successful online demonstration, the timeware® customer care team organised a full system conversion to timeware® Professional 2013. The conversion consisted of both a terminal upgrade and software upgrade and provided the client with an SQL based HR, absence management and attendance solution that easily satisfies their current needs.
The transition from timestart to timeware® was completed over one day which also included basic training. Follow-up calls were made over the next two weeks to ensure everything was running smoothly. timeware’s® pro-active customer care policy ensures that the every client receives a call on a monthly basis to ensure that the system is running smoothly.
