Requirements
As the business continued to grow, so did the managements need for more accurate workforce information. The requirement to keep track of employee training levels, attendance times and absence & holiday information was becoming essential. The company had purchased a timeware 'timestart' system some ten years ago and although the product had been extremely reliable, it did not provide all of the features that a modern business demanded.
Solution
The timeware customer care team organised a full system conversion to timeware Professional 2013. The package consisted of both a hardware and software upgrade and provided the client with a SQL based workforce management solution that exceeded their expectations. The conversion was completed over one day which also included basic training and follow-up calls were made over the next week to ensure everything was running smoothly.
''The new timeware Professional system provides me with an enormous amount of attendance and absence data but presents this information in a concise and intuitive way. I am now able to view staff overtime records at the touch of a button and can instantly find out how much holiday entitlement each of the employees has remaining. The upgrade to timeware was definitely worthwhile and has provided us with an affordable solution to satisfy both our current and future needs.''
