visisure (West Africa) Ltd was created by timeware’s® MD, Simon Birchall in 2007 as a platform to promote timeware® workforce management solutions to businesses in Ghana, Nigeria, Sierra Leone and Liberia.
Over the past eight years visisure has installed over seventy systems in companies from a wide range of market sectors. Customers include Coca Cola, Cal Bank, Cocoa Processing Company and Metro TV.
To ensure the team at visisure is kept up-to-date with all product developments, timeware® technician Bradley Holt spends one week every six months in Accra training staff and assisting with upgrades. The main project for Bradley during his October visit was to assist visisure in the upgrading of Cal Bank, a 50+ terminal, multi-site installation spread across Accra, Kumasi, Takoradi & Tema. Bradley’s next visit is scheduled for April when he will be installing the first timeware® asset management controller system in Ghana.
